Policies

GuaranteesDahlia tubers should arrive healthy, true to variety, and with at least one visible eye. Often slight desiccation happens in storage but does not effect tuber viability. Should there be any issues, please contact us within two weeks of receiving your order. If dahlia does not bloom true to variety, please contact us and provide your order number and a photo of the bloom so we can make it right. We cannot be held liable for growing or storage conditions after tubers are in your possession.

SubstitutionsWe do not offer substitutions due to stock loss. If something unexpected happens with storage between your order and shipping, we will refund the price of the tubers.

Virus & Disease- We follow American Dahlia Society best practices for prevention of virus and disease transmission. Our snips are sanitized in 10% bleach solution between plants while cutting and between tuber clumps during division. We do not allow U-picks for this reason. Any plant suspected to be suffering from virus or disease are immediately culled. Due to the high incidence of virus in dahlias and the prohibitive cost of virus testing, unfortunately we cannot guarantee our tubers are free of virus.

“Alex’s work is amazing! We had a wedding in March and Alex was so helpful by making my flower dreams come true. I let her have full creative control of the design for my bouquet, and she exceeded my expectations. My bouquet was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of beautiful flower arrangements.”
